I was craving Taiwanese food, so I went here for some. The crab xlb was really good! The skin is thin and the inside is filled with broth. The steamed fish dumplings were on the bland side and needed a dipping sauce. They're a good option if you're looking for something light. The braised pork rice was delicious and highly recommend it! It was my favorite and I ended up getting another one. It's tender and has a great flavor. The sauteed string bean with minced pork was decent but nothing special. We just wanted some veggies. This place is in a small plaza with other restaurants and it was quite spacious. It wasn't crowded during the weekday when I visited and the service was fast and nice.

One of my family's favorite restaurant in Fremont. When we come here, we always get the House Special Taro Squid Rice Noodles Pot. Kids like the prawns fried rice, thin green onion pan cake, and juicy pork dumplings. This time, we decided to order something new, didn't really like the Mu Su Chow Mein, but liked the Dong Po Pork with 6 pieces Mini Buns, would order that dish again.

Always a solid pick in the area. Wide variety of options and the staff is pretty aware in case you need anything. The xiaolongbao is affordable and quite large so there's a lot of filling. The atmosphere is very open during the day and more lively at night. They're closed on Tuesdays.

This restaurant is super solid for Taiwanese dishes! Literally everything we got was super fragrant and delicious. Their soup dumplings were all super juicy, and we got the regular, crab, and loofa shrimp ones. I think they used egg tofu in the salted egg which made it super yummy! The taro rice noodles were a highlight as well. They had squids and the broth was amazingly flavorful. We were able to get refills for broth. I came with a party of 5 on a Saturday lunch and though it was bustling, we were seated immediately.

This place is one of my go-tos and does not miss. We always get the pork xlb and the fried egg tofu. The service is fast but one downside is they they don't let you order more after your initial order. This time we tried the crab xlb and it was delicious! The skin was a bit thinner so be careful picking them up!

We had cravings for dumplings and noodle soup. We came in early on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm right as it opens for dinner. Got seated right away before the crowd. Come early as there will be a wait once the crowd settles in during popular hours. There's plenty of parking in a mall shared with several Asian restaurants. The staff were friendly and organized. Dishes were served hot and prompt. We ordered several dishes and thought all were tasty. My favorite was the juicy pork dumplings (8). It was a very pleasant dining experience and well worth the price. We will be back to try more dishes.

Ambiance: not exactly table to table but you'll be able to hear next tables conversation. High ceiling. High chairs available and very family friendly. Most dining in were a family with young ones and they even give a colorful kids bowl for them to share your dinner. Service: prompt and friendly. Servers take your order on a tablet. Each person gets a little xlb dipping vinegar dish if you order xlb. Food: came out pretty quick. The pancake was too salty for my liking. Xlb is good, skin wasn't too thick and the juice inside was pretty clear. I forgot what this other dish was called but it's a good one to try! Pan fried egg on top with glass noodles and stir fry veggies in the mix. I believe it was the last item I. The vegetarian section but also had bits of what looked like pork. Or maybe vegan pork, idk but this was flavorful and interesting. Came with a side it tortilla for wrapping but I ate it like a regular noodle dish ;)

Very busy hours when we arrived and have to wait to be seated in a line with more than 10 people. Finally got seated after 10 minutes of waiting. We ordered two sets of dumplings-- one with steamed fish and the other for pawns. Each set come with 6 and you eat with vinegar and ginger slice. The taste falls into the original flavor of ingredients without too much added seasonings. It's good for a hot season when you don't want anything heavy. The Taiwanese sesame oil soup with meat is surprisingly good with good portions of meat. It tastes tender and juicy and actually it's not too oily for this sesame oil soup-- we bet they only have a few drops of sesame oil at the top. They have several ginger slices inside the soup and it's not too spicy as the ginger is already well cooked. Lastly we order Napa Cabbage with meatballs soup. The meatballs are tasty with good seasoning.

Ordered a variety of dishes here, most of which I thought were pretty tasty. My favorites were surprisingly the Salted Egg tofu and the sautéed spinach with garlic. The green onion pancakes were pretty tasty too! As for the soup dumplings, they were not too bad but I've definitely had better. For one, most of them didn't seem to pass the leak test. I also noticed they were not as soupy as I'd wish them to be. The vegetarian chow mein is probably a dish I wouldn't get again, as it basically just tasted like dark soy sauce. The noodles were not at all bouncy either. The workers were very friendly and efficient. They cared to ask how the food tasted as well as offered to pack our leftovers. The interior is quite clean and has lots of seating. A pretty comfortable dine-in experience. IG: chelchomps
